On February 22, 2023, the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) released template forms for use by public and non-public elementary and secondary schools and school contractors to comply with the requirements of Faith’s Law (Public Act 102-676 and Public Act 102-702), relating to employment history review procedures for applicants.
