Governor Pritzker has now signed all of the pending bills that we have been tracking from the most recent legislative session. This legal update includes a summary of the Public Acts that have become law since our last update on August 17, 2021. As in our August 17th update, this update also includes action items for school districts and special education cooperatives to take to comply with these new legal requirements on an immediate basis or during the first part of the current school year.
