As more school employees become vaccinated, please be sure to follow updated IDPH Guidance to determine whether vaccinated employees must be excluded from school when exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or after a subsequent COVID-19 exposure. This may cause you to ask, “How will I know whether employees are vaccinated?” Or, “Can I require employees to be vaccinated?” We are available to work through these and all other vaccine-related questions and to guide you through implementing or managing an employee vaccine plan.
