Mr. Singleton earned his undergraduate degree from Augustana College in 2011, and his J.D. degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2014. Mr. Singleton focuses his practice in all areas of school law with a concentration in litigation, labor and employment, and student issues. Mr. Singleton also has experience in tort defense including personal injury and premises liability, and intellectual property matters including patent and trademark infringement. He represents clients in judicial and administrative proceedings, including proceedings in federal, State, and appellate courts. Additionally, Mr. Singleton represents clients in proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, and the State and federal Departments of Labor. Mr. Singleton also is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
