Mr. Sraga received his undergraduate degree from Western Illinois University and his Juris Doctor degree from IIT/Chicago Kent College of Law. He has concentrated his practice in the area of general school law, labor and employment law, and special education/disability law, since 1979. He is a member of the National and Illinois Councils of School Attorneys, and is a frequent presenter at board of education, administrator and school service personnel meetings and conferences on a wide array of school law issues.
