Ms. LeBlanc earned her undergraduate degree from Marquette University in 1997, her graduate degree from Northwestern University in 1999, and her Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall Law School in 2018, as well as certificates of study in School Administration and English Language Learning. Prior to attending law school, Ms. LeBlanc worked in public school districts in northern Illinois for over 20 years as a speech-pathologist, as a State-approved Director of Special Education, and as an Assistant Superintendent of Student Services. Ms. LeBlanc concentrates her school law practice in the areas of special education/disability law and student-related matters, including student discipline, residency, homelessness, and Title IX issues. She also has experience supporting non-public special education and sectarian schools in developing policy and procedures and on student-related issues.
